I’m disappointed with my recent visit to this florist. Despite ringing the doorbell as instructed, no one answered for quite a while, and when I looked inside, the staff seemed uninterested and were just sitting around. I paid $92 for a bouquet that looked hastily put together. The flowers were not fresh, and the ribbon and paper were poorly secured, falling off easily. I had to pay before receiving the bouquet, which meant I couldn’t even change my mind or address any concerns before payment. I asked to see an example and she showed pictures online, which looked nothing like I received. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff showed no care or willingness to help. Overall, very unhappy with the quality of service and product. Would not recommend. So wish I could have gotten my money back. Very disappointed.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh! The staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Everything was arranged perfectly and ready for when I picked them up. I’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions!

I’m disappointed on how the boutonniere turned out. First they told me they would give me a pink flower and when I asked them in person when I picked it up they said they ran out of pink flowers. Yet, five minutes later I saw someone walk out with a bouquet that had pink flowers in it. Second it is the tiniest flower ever. The flower is easily an inch and a half big and it is already starting to brown. They could’ve easily made it up by adding another flower (which they have before because I’ve ordered here before) but they didn’t. Third, they did not even try to decorate it. They added the tiniest thing of baby’s breath and two leaves. This boutonniere is just not what I asked for nor is it what was advertised.

Absolutely phenomenal – exceeded every expectation! The Flower Market is incredible. I walked in, explained what I needed and my budget, and they had a stunning arrangement ready in just 10 minutes. The flowers came in a beautiful little vase in a gift box – perfect for surprising my friend at work. She absolutely loved them and it truly brightened her day. The team here are fast, talented, and genuinely care about making each arrangement special. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I walked in and told them what I needed the flowers for and what my budget was and they told me to come back in 10 minutes. They are so beautiful and we're an absolute hot with my friend who is going through a rough patch in her life. I got a little vase that came in a little box and it made it perfect to go drop them off at my friend's job to surprise her when she arrived. 10/10 definitely recommend
